Innovation and New Product Development: Work closely with product development team and executive team to identify opportunities for innovation and new product/service offerings.Provide regular consistent reporting to E-Team. The primary function of this position is to strategically lead the marketing, financial literacy, product development, community impact and brand/growth strategies to enhance brand equity, drive member engagement and align the Vibe brand with business objectives. The Chief Brand & Growth Officer is a highly strategic role requiring a significant degree of cross-functional collaboration. Act as the primary liaison between Credit Union and Community. Research marketing needs and analyze marketing trends. In addition, responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the Credit Union's marketing plan. A key component of this service is to identify the financial needs of the member and recommend an appropriate credit union solution. Responsible for ensuring that outstanding service is delivered to both internal and external members. The primary function of this position is to assist Vibe Credit Union living out its mission, "To make a positive difference in the financial lives of our members."
